So is a bad time to say i kinda want Harebrained Schemes to work with xbox and one of its studios on a Shadowrun game? I feel like it would be fun to see.
Doing some dragon hunting in southern Elswyer and damn is the dps high, dragons are dying in about 30 seconds(I had gotten the dungeon ready up timer as the fight started and had about 13 seconds to go after it was dead).
I’m on Twitter and I don’t know how anyone can become negative from it because you can control what you see completely by just seeing the tweets of those you follow. If you select “for you”, then yeah, you’ll probably run into some negativity but otherwise, I don’t see it because it’s been almost five years for me on Twitter and I rarely come across negativity. To each their own though.
Just like battle tech ms doesn’t own the paper copy. However from my recollection shadow run is much easier to license as ms has the IP rights for anything not paper. So they don’t need to go to Topps to make a game. Now if ms wanted to do a card / board game etc the issues could arise
Yeah I couldn’t find anything to confirm the exact arrangement, It would be my guess that MS would still need some type of arrangement in place with Topps but maybe not.
I really want that and I’ve been wanting it since Phil himself said Shadowrun should’ve been an RPG, I believe if they want to make it wouldn’t be anything so hard just just pointing out that the IP is not exactly 100% Microsoft property they need to do legal licence stuff to use it themselves as well.
An RPG is what makes most sense. There’s also an immersive sim, could really work and iirc Arkane studio head (the Deathloop director) listed it as one of the IPs he would like to work on or something like that.
I’m really hoping we’re gonna get some nice gameplay from Fable in June. The super brief bits in the forest looked fantastic, more of that please. Maybe a stroll through a town or village, some combat. I imagine it’s possible, because I don’t think it drops later than 2025.
I’m playing the game Xuan Yuan Sword 7 now and it definitely has Fable influences here and there, that’s why it got me thinking about the next one a little.
I Think 2025 is also the year of Fable, but I can’t help but think we have at least another major AAA coming out from Xbox on that year, like Perfect Dark or a Gears of War maybe. They have so much cooking right now that 2025 might be Xbox’s biggest year this gen I feel like and could potentially partially turn the tables in their favour to end the gen strong, like they did with Xbox One.
Minecraft is my favorite game of all time and I can’t believe how it looks today I hope with the next XBOX console and AI+ Powered by Azure we can get this look on Minecraft
