People who love PT is going to have to accept that Xbox ecosystem will have it to themselves. I believe this is the case with OD because of course, you can’t use Silent Hill anymore.

Gotta say after seeing the Hellblade 2 trailer I am finally fully on board. The combat didn’t disappoint what they showed looked vastly improved from the original. Looks extremely brutal too! (that neck stab!)

I saw a post about how BG3 won over SM2 with using the scene with Spider-Man against Sandman. Then I somehow got a follow-up with saying using a movie scene against a game is wild. Timeline is crazy.

If Shinobi is right about more Xbox Publishing games coming to other platforms i think Tell Me Why will be one of them. Just speculating.
That would make sense, and I wonder what other games like that. It makes sense for those games to try and get some sales from a bigger audience

I think these games are small enough it’s not going to impact Xbox having them on other platforms, especially after such a long window of exclusivity - but it will benefit the developers to have their games be accessible to a wider audience and hopefully means more people will play some great games.
But definitely wouldn’t say no if they were thinking about acquiring some of these third party partners at which point Microsoft could do what they want exclusivity wise 
- don’t nod in particular had a strong showing last night with two very interesting games.

The British Studios deliver I don’t understand why Sony closed Manchester Studios, Guerrila Cambridge, Evolution Studio and fired part of Media Molecule which for me is their best Studio there is an Incredible talent center there…

For the As Dusk Fall devs another port is definitely a win. I’m happy for them.
For Xbox, it depends? I don’t think As Dusk Falls or Quake II hurt them in isolation at all. But we had games that were closely aligned with Xbox where I felt they were so good that they really differentiated the platform quite significantly. On Xbox One that was when Cuphead and Ori were exclusives. I feel these two were SO good that they made a difference - and even if the individual studios surely liked the additional ports, I’m not sure it was the right call (I know Cuphead wasn’t a Microsoft IP, but we all remember Nintendo saying we thank our friends at Microsoft for it). If you ask about the best Xbox One games, these titles might still get listed; but if we’re talking about exclusives, Ori wasn’t even in people’s mindset anymore or they wouldn’t credit how Xbox helped to make these games so good (which they did do in both cases).

There’s also an aspect of give an inch, take a mile. The more muddled the messaging gets around exclusivity, the worse things get. That said, this is also bubble shit.
The people I was sitting behind at the TGAs yelled out “Oh shit, Xbox exclusive!?!” for Persona 3 Reload. I’ve regularly had talks with friends explaining how Starfield is exclusive and Hogwarts Legacy isn’t.

They’ve given the game away every year during Pride month. At this point they might as well port it since everyone who wants to play on Xbox has it at this point.

I fully expected Kojima meant Death Stranding with those faces, but it was OD. He says it’s something that’s never been done before, is a game etc. I’m intrigued. A year or two pictures leaked and it was claimed to be OD, right? That seemed ingame.
Was a bit disappointed when the Hellblade performance started, because it seemed that was gonna be it and then came actually brand new gameplay. It looks great, no concrete date yet but I am sure we’ll get one in either a Direct or E3.
Arkane with a third person Blade? Shit, let’s go! That reminds me I still need to watch any of the movies.

Maybe it’s something they are still negotiating. That must have happened for Indiana Jones too I’m sure. Had ABK trial not happend we’d still be playing the guessing game if that one is multiplatform or not.
Really though, Spidey can be exclusive to Sony, but Xbox couldn’t have it? Whatever is the case…it’s coming to Xbox, so it’s whatever.
I would guess Game Pass too, but none of that was mentioned…
