I mean upgrades are not what necessarily defines open-world, that’s defined more by structure and scale. Something like Psychonauts 2 would actually be perfect. You’re right, from their description sounds exactly like a more linear game.
Just read the official website about the game??? It’s not open world and is described as “wide linear”.

Hopefully a proper look at it next June, or maybe earlier. Phil has been praising this studio and the new game for quite a while now, for he’s seen the game action. Was kind of surprised they only had a cinematic trailer.

Game sounds really cool! can’t wait to see it in action and most importantly see that art direction in motion.
June 2024 showcase will be bonkers and I’d say that it has the potential to beat this year’s already amazing showcase. Great times ahead for Xbox!

It was my game of the show (with Starfield’s permission), that artstyle got me. Can´t wait to see gameplay.
If we don’t count Starfield Direct this year, next year might top this one, oh yes.

Have you actually play COD? All them games you listed are nothing like COD LOL. All of them play different. COD campaign are always amazing.
If it actually surpass it like you seem to think. Why is COD still alive while most of them others are dead.

Nice to see a straight up message that well see more next year. To me that says it’s coming out either end of next year or sometime 2025 though obviously plans change.

Playing the Quake II Remaster until Starfield drops, and I gotta say this remaster is amazing. I can’t wait to dive into the expansions. Also for achievement hunters it looks like a really easy 1000G

Yeah, the trailer at the showcase said 2024.
I personally think it’s planned for first half of 2024 (along with Hellblade, Towerborne and MSFS) but they learned their lesson about specifying windows after Starfield and Forza slipped. But most people think it’s later in 2024.
We’ll see.
