Pretty awesome news, even if Kate will likely not be working on Gears full time(likely busy working with others). I do wonder if this team made up of people from TC, or if they have hired more people from across the industry.

I know I’m most likely the only one that remembers it and wants a new one, but I’d love to see what they could do with a new Commander Keen game.

I have never played Commander Keen but I do have it on my Steam Deck as part of some bundle I purchased.
Isn’t it connected to Doom? If I remember correctly in a iD interview a while back someone confirmed he was Doom Guy’s dad which would make for a interesting reboot.

Not when ps5 pro exists. The base ps5 wont have performance modes anymore after the pro comes out
Still 30fps, if GTA VI will be 30fps in PS5 pro, the next Naughty Dog which is further will too

Building upon more than 15 years of past collaboration, Blizzard and NetEase are working diligently on relaunch plans, with further details to be shared at a later date.
Separately, Microsoft Gaming and NetEase have also entered into an agreement to explore bringing new NetEase titles to Xbox consoles and other platforms.
Neat, expect more NetEase Xbox games in the west then. Good security to have as so many acclaimed JP / West devs are building up NetEase studios.

Had taken a break from Doom Eternal because of all those Asian rpgs I started with, but now it’s good to be back.
I love the level design, the platforming bits are a great addition too. It’s just FUN!

They didn’t have one for Psychonauts 2?
How do you mean? When it launches on Xbox, and presumably on PlayStation, it boots with a match box with the Xbox Game Studios logo, before Double Fine logo appears?
