Me neither.
Not to knock it or anything, but the immersive simulation worlds wasn’t in my forte before. I suspect Redfall will be the first game of theirs I play through. Prey has been on my list to play, but way too many games.

Since Jedi Survivor’s issues not being in reviews is such a hot topic, I’m gonna guess Redfall will be the sacrificial lamb for reviewers to atone for not being harsh on performance (assuming performance is an issue, hopefully it’s not).

Started it once, played it for about 2 hours, got lost and never touched it again

I tried, couldn’t really get into it. Same thing happened with Deathloop. Redfall seems more my speed so hopefully this one sticks with me, I’ve liked everything I’ve seen of Redfall so far.

Yeah, Redfall looks really right up my alley. Far Cry setup (map game!) and lots of exploration with a hopefully very creepy atmosphere is what I’m hoping for.
Hoping the 30 fps is incredibly stable and that there’s lots of options to migitate the risk of motion sickness I often encounter in low fps first person games. Otherwise I’ll just wait a bit, it’s not going anywhere.
so we’re at the point where devs weren’t aware what framerate their game was running at because of colt said so. sheesh.
It is getting ridiculous the amount of rubbish that gets discussed seriously.

Can I just say that it’s incredibly depressing that an online narrative created by console warriors is allowed by Xbox fans to permeate into the community constantly.
Let’s be honest the wind up merchants are out in force and trying to spin it again. Just like they did a few years back and during the last generation. Xbox are doing fine. They have a ton of games coming.
It’s really disingenuous the way people are behaving.

The interior rendering looks fine, while some objects are still lack of shadows. What gives me a bad feeling is the AI of human enemies, one of which cannot even walk fluently on a slope land…
Also, the lod of vegetation is somewhat too close, but not big deal.
