I’m glad Spencer is already starting to make things clear on that. You’d think that should people stop making videos where they “debunk” of “confirm” that these games will not be exclusive to Xbox.

How would you rate gears tactics in comparison to wasteland 3? I enjoyed wasteland 3 and want to play something similar. Would gears tactics scratch my itch or is the customization and skill building less rewarding?
From what I’ve played of both series Gears tactics is similar to Xcom and doesn’t have the RPG elements of Wasteland. However, if you like that style of combat then you’ll like Gears Tactics. Also the skills tree is pretty standard, and not too advanced. I guess you can say Gears Tactics is more streamlined while Wasteland digs deeper into every element of tactics with a blend of RPG

Gears Tactics is more like XCOM. This is more of a customize before each battle type game, so the customization and skill building is focused on tactical combat. Wasteland is an RPG, so you will customize different skills and can play the game differently each time. Other games like Wasteland would be the Pillars of Eternity games and Divinity Original Sin games.

Will Ori 2 be enhanced for XSX right at launch?
I bought this beautiful game at launch but it ended up in the backlog. I blame Geralt of Rivia, haha. So anyway, I will absolutely wait for XSX now to play that game in 120fps.

So, rumors say that The Initiative game may be set in the Perfect Dark universe without being exactly Perfect Dark but now that id Software is a first-party studio, I really want a fast-paced FPS Perfect Dark reboot made by them with the same treatment as the DOOM reboot.
Unlikely to happen but they would have been a very good fit.
This is the first I’m hearing that Zenimax online is working on anything besides ESO.

I don’t like it (the setup, not Klobs great stuff). It should all be Xbox Game Studios imo. I think it’s a mistake to separate them like that.

I’ll take any form of Perfect Dark I can get, but I’d prefer Arkane. Joanna is a spy, she should be stealthy. I always thought it was weird how her and James Bond were always Guns blazin’ in the Rare games.

Perfect Dark by Arkane would be amazing too but that would probably mean that multiplayer is sacrified I guess.

Perfect Dark should fulfill that stealth shooter fantasy, something more akin to Deus Ex and Splinter Cell, not be a fast paced shooter, we already have a lot of those. The actual perfect studio to bring back perfect dark would be Arkane imo. They already have amazing experience in making not just stealth but shooters as well. Plus PD fits their style more than Id’s.
EDIT: looks like someone else above already suggested the same.
Also, Arkane is hiring for live service stuff right now, which leads me to believe they shall be dabbling in multiplayer for their next game. So there’s that aspect covered for you.
