FF deal for GP is very underwhelming: they were promised an eternity ago and the majority has already left before all of them appeared on it, meh.

Surprised to see Alan Wake going away, but I guess off the table now since Remedy owns itâs publishing now. Also I thought FF games were going to be in the service longer.
I wonder how long yakuza games will stay on gamepass? Luckily for me I am on Yakuza 5 and should finish 6 soon
Final Fantasy IX deal was exactly one year, it seems.
The Final Fantasy deal with Game Pass is certainly odd. Every game was promised to be on the platform at once, and we are yet to see some games join the catalogue while the second is already about to leave. I wonder if the Sony deal for FF16 changed something?
Kingdom Hearts III, for example, is on the catalogue for more than one year already.

There is some really weird shit going on with the whole FF franchise, when even Kingdom Hearts is better represented on Xbox.

Seems like Sony and MS are battling hard for the franchise, Square is just laughing in the middle gaining money.
Getting the scraps imo doesnât qualify as âbattling hardâ from MS part. 
They canât even get a 8 years old mmorpg (and not for some strange update content delivery bullshit or other fantasy stuff), come on.

Any info on if The Ascent is a full console exclusive or is it timed?
The Ascent looks amazing by the way and im looking forward to it when it releases. I know some are expecting it this month but my guess and hope is August. Would be perfect as that month is thus far empty for me.
Itâs safe to assume it is timed exclusive. I actually think July might be the perfect month because there does not seem to be a lot coming out in the summer months.
