They nailed the presentation.

Hi-Fi Rush looks great. Would have liked a date for Forza.

Redfall looks like a game that might be better when you’re actually playing it. To me it hasn’t really demo’d all that well. It could be that slow turn E3 demo play style but they’ve made everything look rudimentary to me. The missions seem very basic and the visual style leaves a lot to be desired. Like I said though getting hands on might change my tune.

Not true at all, lol.

Looks about ready, but they do have a show tomorrow, so we’ll see where they’re at exactly. It’s coming off really nice though.

And while I don’t play it…

The ESO expansion is actually on Game Pass day one? Or did I misheard it and the guy meant the game?

Maybe I have bad memory then.

Probably just the base game new expansion are paid and not on Gamepass i think.

Hi-Fi Rush is up for download for anyone interested!

No, I think previous expansions are free for a limited time.

Game Pass has finally announced the last half line-up. In hindsight, I can see why they have to wait until today and it was well worth it.

Well, It seems like most people were happy with this format, so hopefully they’ll do more of these throughout the year. I’ll admit, I tend to enjoy these types of presentations the most because you get to see and hear from the people actually making the game. I feel like it also humanizes game developers and hopefully makes it harder for shitbags to treat them poorly (it won’t).

Only negative was a lack of release date for FM.

Everything else was on point.

Starfield shadow drop? or releasing in the same month or 1 month wait after it dedicated showcase? They just show that they can and will release a game on announcement.

For those hoping for stuff on tomorrow’s Forza Monthly, the first 2 ones after FH5’s reveal in 2021 almost showed nothing, just a bit of talk and that’s it.

I wouldn’t expect new gameplay at all, and needless to say that if they didn’t give a date today, 100% they won’t do it tomorrow either of course.

I really enjoyed the show. HiFi Rush is a great surprise, I can’t wait to play it. The presentations of Minecraft Legends, Redfall and TESO were nice and I will play all of these games. Forza looks amazing, the only disappointment is the lack of a release date. I think the game will be released this summer (June?) like Starfield (July?). The next big show will therefore be E3 which will cover the second part of the year (and probably the first part of 2024). Xbox is starting 2023 very well, can’t wait to see what’s next. I think the show focused on Starfield will arrive in March. There’s a big effort being made on communication and I appreciate that, they’re really on the right track with these quarterly shows.
