If avowed isnt there its fine. We know it exists. Its coming. Rather see it when its ready.

fact or not, this is not the 1st time Jason dropping a bad Xbox news on the same day MS celebrating things. last time he did the same thing in the last MS fiscal report day.
Ambitious projects go through changes all the time. Doesnât mean it canât still hit shelves in 2023.
The pandemic sucks. Even ironclad release date stalwarts like Turn 10 are coming in later than we typically expect.

If people come out of the conference going âyea but forza 2023, no avowedâ then they failed

They arenât doing acquisition announcements at shows anymore and theyâd only be able to do that with private companies anyway

Microsoft acquires whenever they can. Unlike Sony they acquire random studios that might even have third party projects in the progress.
Would ABK change much though? Not a single news article or regulator or a senator came out a said anything regarding consolidation in gaming.
And you seriously canât at this point. We have Sony buying Bungie despite being a bigger entity in the gaming market, we have Embracer with 50,80, 100 (donât know) studios, we have Tencent with tentacles everywhere. If ABK was 8b and 80b, would it matter? No. The deal is big, but nothing beside that.
Exactly! Microsoft can buy as many studios as they want but if Iâm not getting any games then I donât care.

He is waiting for a better timing - after the showcase if Avowed is not shown, people will start asking why and he can come out and say why
Nah. Americans are waking up now a scanning twitter in anticipation for the show now would be the peak time to drop a bomb for maximum exposure.
