I largely agree but it’s not unprecedented, particularly with SEGA, for Microsoft to provide funds for localization in exchange for exclusivity (see PSO 2 and Like a Dragon). In the case of those two titles, SEGA has been hesitant to bring them westward but MS funding a localization and remaster might help. Idk, this seems like the sort of low stakes exclusive people can get behind.

Not sure what the deal was with Like a Dragon but MS reportedly did indeed help fund localization to get PSO2 to the US.

Honestly I have no idea. I mean I can tell some games that I think will be shown but since the Beth acquisition and the reports that Ms is pushing a lot of deals with many developers, I think they can literally pull off anything XD

But they will 100% announce Starfield as an exclusive at E3, either for fall 2021 or early 2022

E3 is only 2 months away and it is time for Xbox’s return to E3. It is an exciting time for Xbox in general but E3 in particular is always a great time for Xbox fans. Xbox has a LOT of things cooking right now and there’s so much to predict.

What do YOU think Xbox will show at E3? What games will be there. Will they announce any major acquisitions? Will there be a lot of third party Game Pass deals? What will be the biggest surprise? What will Bethesda show? Post anything you reasonably expect to be shown at E3 and throw in your wildest, reasonable prediction as well!

I think my foremost hope is for a Halo redemption tour. It’s till one of my favorite franchises and I really hope they can show something that inspires great confidence in the single-player campaign (my concern is that they’ll play it safe and only show multiplayer, but I don’t really have concerns about that because I think the MP in Halo 5 is pretty solid already).

I am keeping my expectations super low even though MS is killing it recently… I am lumping in XGX and Zenimax together.

Must haves:

• Halo Infinite blowout with some special stuff for 20th year anniversary at launch
• Forza next or FH5
• Starfield blowout
• xCloud on IOS
• Hell Blade 2 in engine trailer
• Persona games coming to GP
• SE games coming to GP
• BF 6 coming day 1 to GP
• 1-2 Zenimax surprises
• but wait there’s one more thing… Partnership with Kojima, but it’s more than just a game! =O
