Honestly the debate always comes up about Call of Duty exclusivity because it makes more sense to make it exclusive to Xbox and PC.
PlayStation would lose millions of PlayStation Plus subscribers.
Meanwhile Xbox Gold would gain millions of subscribers.
But like another poster said it’s irrelevant to debate it regardless of how logical and beneficial it would be because Microsoft promised US government regulators that it would remain on PlayStation.
Xbox will put it into Gamepass day 1 and that will be a big deal, so Microsoft basically made a compromise because US politicians were threatening Microsoft and Microsoft doesn’t want to be on thier bad side because the government is also Microsoft’s most lucrative customer due to the contracts from the big budgeted military industrial complex.
