Ubisoft would ask a ton of money, I don’t believe they’re worth it though.

I think anyone on this list (besides Konami) is worth the market cap +50% premium. Some of them bring a very different benefit to the others.

Nah, I’d take a bunch of other indie studios, WBgames, Sega, Capcom, Square before even starting to think about them.
And those are the reasons they will be a major target for the big tech giants, within the next 5 years.

The direction Ubisoft is going is completely wrong, but I think it’s “easily” fixable.
With one strike Microsoft would have the best support studio infrastructure in the business.
It wouldn’t be my favourite, but I think they are worth it.
And they could be the only ones even agreeing to a purchase.
But they dont wanna sell tho. Every major acquisition has had an underlying reason to do so.

You mean in this year? How would this even be possible? They could buy TakeTwo and 3-4 other publishers besides EA with that money.

That 70Billion on hand money isnt just for gaming. Idk why it keeps getting brought up.

It’s safe to say they see it as valuable as how Sony sees theirs and that’s scary. Scary because one has crap load of cash ready to outbid or buy without worry.

He meant over the years. I can see them spend this amount during the next 5 years. In this 5 years Microsoft probably has earned around $300 billion in profit.

I bet Xbox wants Activision really fast with the review ongoing because Warzone 2 is supposedly going to happen. Launching it under their umbrella will already bring crap ton of revenue.
