It would be wild to see another big acquisition tomorrow, nearly a year after the Bethesda announcement, but because it’s Microsoft that SEC filing could likely be for something Azure related.
I’d add Frontier Development to that short list. Xbox has been working with them for a long time.

These are standard disclosure filings. There is actually nothing interesting in the filings generally, until they make an announcement.

These are called beneficial ownership filings, and apply to company employees who might get additional stock, or someone else who might get extra stocks, or even a large chunk of stocks.
There is nothing significant for Sep 3, 15, 19 entries. Routine entries of increased shareholding so far.

Microsoft - The EVP Business Dev getting additional stock
EA - The General Counsel getting additional stock
Take 2 - The Director getting a few additional shares, and disclosing his indirect holding through two different companies.
These are very routine reports. Nothing to see, really. MS execs routinely get small amounts, and I expect this happens for EA and Take2 as well.
That has absolutely nothing to do with acquisitions. It’s just mandatory reporting in changes relating to stock ownership. Hate this sort of conspiracy nonsense.
We’re not going to know anything until it happens folks. Nuance Communications is a publicly traded company and there’s no mention of an acquisition in Microsoft or Nuance’s SEC filings prior to the formal PR announcement.

Acquisition official filings are always AFTER the announcement.
They made Dive Kick, which was a highly creative take on a fighting game I still occasionally fire up. According to Keits they are currently working on a new FG that aims to again do something unique in the genre.
They also did change the KI quite significantly (which was controversial at the time) so while DH do deserve credit for the base game, they added several new mechanics and features.
They are a pretty small indie outfit though. The transformation in investment you’d go through if you wanted a AAA fighting game off them, you might as well just found a studio and poach some of their staff.
