in my dms on twitter my buddy is saying hes hearing WB
Is my hedgehog exclusive yet?
I wasn’t saying that it was a good deal, just that it would be massive in size.
wbgames or wbdiscovery is actually a valid question now. Both are plausible. I would say it is easier to go for wbdiscovery, now, at this ‘throwaway’ price.
Nexon is bigger than Take Two. XD
I’m not saying price would be the stopgap, but for that kind of money, IDK, I would buy T2.
I still think that WBgames has a high possibility.
Those Sony x Marvel deals could’ve pushed Microsoft over the edge with it.
Paradox has great teams of developers for PC, whose games constantly chart Steam top lists. They would also get Harebrained Schemes, the dev behind the Shadowrun games.
He leaked some Starfield screenshots.
I like Paradox a lot too, but I don’t think rumors of a Paradox acquisition whip all the insiders into a frenzy.
most likely
They were already looking into it, they just got “motivated” by Sony now.
CDPR would be crazy. Xbox already is a RPG powerhouse, but to add franchises like Witcher to that would be insane.
Is your buddy reliable?
Topic grows fast but nothing happened yet
Unless MS got DC licenses I think it is not WB. Then again it can be one of the rumored 7 or 8b
CDPR doesn’t own Witcher IP. CDPR is one of the worse acquisitions you can make. It is slightly less expensive than Square Enix. Square Enix.
It would be kind of funny that HP game has still marketing with PS, also all their known output until 2022-23 is already announced (Lego SW, HP, Gotham Knights and Suicide Squad). The only real unknown, outside mobile games, would be the new Monolith one and if they could lock down next NR game.
Skullzi is a Bethesda watcher. He has even leaked a lot of their future projects by just mining for information. He personally works pretty hard for such info.
To be fair, ACG actually has leaked nothing. He backtracks pretty quickly too and does not go deep into any hints.
Hes not an insider hes just telling me what’s Hes heard but it would make sense based on MS being interested plus the crap sony and marvel pulling it makes sense
You wouldn’t necessarily get the WB IP though. That’s probably a sticking point in any acquisition.
But also, does the whole super hero thing matter? It certainly didn’t for Avengers and it doesn’t look like it’s going to for Guardians of the Galaxy. Seems more like Insomniac just made a very good Spiderman game that was amplified by the license.
They don’t fully own the IP but they own the gaming rights.
