Absolutely yes, the First Ryse was a Full exclusive so another Ryse only on Xbox/PC Will be logical

I’m pretty confident they’re not trying to acquire Crytek. If anything, they’re probably trying to buy Ryse off them, if anything.
I also know that there is currently a bit of a mad dash to get a few things done prior to the weekend. Whether it goes through at all, let alone in time for this weekend is another matter.
