I have created a central list here (if anyone is interested) including my own thoughts. It was personally very surprising to me that achievements were top of the list (I agree it could do with a overhaul but I thought the other issues would be more pressing).

Current as of 14/07/2021:

  • 18 - Better achievements (Platinums) / Events / Tracking
  • 16 - Improve sharing / OneDrive sync
  • 6 - 4K / HDR Dashboard (UI)
  • 5 - Better localization (Offer rewards and Gamepass in more countries)
  • 5 - Improved Xbox smartphone apps
  • 5 - Manual control of quick resume
  • 4 - Better streaming/uploading options
  • 4 - Community events
  • 2 - Add Gryro-sensor / Motion Controls
