Agree completely. Very much hoping that Microsoft acquires them. Would be a great acquisition.
Yeah…made it to mission 6 and well, Desperados III is dropped. Deleted my save file and uninstalled the game. It’s gone. Just too damn aggravating. Will probably start Batman Arkham Asylum tomorrow.
Sekiro , Captain Tsubasa, Avengers, Tell me why, THPS and NB2k21.I haven’t juggled this many games in a long time. I have no idea why every game is getting released in September this year.
Finished Chapter 2 of Tell Me Why (great!) and played a little indie game called Attack of the Toy Tanks… Don’t do that, terrible controls and not fun.
Next up I’m thinking of A Plague Tale: Innocence.
Just started Xeno Crisis. It’s incredible. I love the aesthetic and setting. The challenge is just right. I love the upgrade system. Everything is just perfect.
Game Pass delivers again. I probably wouldn’t have played it otherwise. If anyone loved Smash TV on the NES, you owe it to yourself to play Xeno Crisis.
Just finished playing the mainline halo games, so damn good. For me the campaigns are 3 - 4 - 5 - 2 - 1. Still playing the first chapter of tell me why here and there. Not really feeling it. Kinda boring actually, just hope it gets better. Next up will probably be doom eternal.
Started Batman Arkham Asylum an hour ago. We’ll see if I actually complete it this time. LOL.
I started playing Persona 5 Royal. Digging it so far
I’m currently playing Red Dead Redemption 2 online on the One X by myself.
I enjoy the deliberate pace. I find it peaceful with the smaller servers.
I’m also playing Minecraft with my wife. She likes to farm and I enjoy exploring.
That’s it at the moment. I do have a backlog built up, but I don’t feel like playing anything else.
Tried playing Jump Force since it’s leaving gamepass on the 15th and man I hated that game.
Then I pivoted to Touhou Luna Nights and got past the first boss. Really fun game so far.
Yeeeep Jump Force is pretty terrible lol
It’s up there for worst game design of the decade that’s for sure.
I’ve been playing quite a lot recently The first 4 months of the year was nothing but assassin’s creed Odyssey. The main game was pretty good but the dlc was pretty disappointing especially the Atlantis part.
Since then I’ve played over a dozen games. The highlights have been the Touryst and Plague Tale innoncence, both of which were surprisingly good. Right now I’m playing through Nier Automata, Carrion and have just finished replaying Halo wars. Nier has been a bit of a rollercoaster. At first I really didn’t take to it but after the first scene with Adam it started to grow on me to the point that I was eager to get into the second playthrough. Unfortunately the second run has been a little too familiar so I’ve fallen off it a bit. Instead I’ve been playing Carrion which is good fun if a little lacking in gameplay variety.
I also have a mad plan to play through all the halo games including the mobile ones in chronological order before Halo Infinite comes out. Halo wars is fun but the story is completely forgettable. In September I want to play Tell me why. Life is strange 2 is one of my favourite games of the generation so I’m really looking forward to it. I also want to get started on Halo Reach.
I’m back to Forza Horizon 3. Going back, it surprized me to find out how little of the game I’ve actually played, it’s by far my least played entry. I think I’ll stick around for a while.
Thanks to Game Pass, I’ve been having a great time playing Darksiders: Genesis (co-op) as well as Spiritfarer, Wasteland 3 and to top it off, Halo 5 (co-op) after playing through the rest of the series / the Master Chief Collection.
Game Pass is proving to be staggeringly good value
I started Wasteland 3 but will probably bounce off it to be honest. I knew that would probably be the case. I’m just not really into turn based strategic combat despite being intrigued by the world.
I’ve now started Man of Medan and it seems interesting after the first half an hour.
I played Battletoads with my friend over the weekend for about 2 to 3 hours and I am digging the game.
Initially thought the art style was odd and didnt feel it but took about 2 minutes to adjust to it and I think it suits the game well. Really liked all the combat animations of the toads.
Felt the hover bike level in Act 1 a bit too long but rest of the game was fun. Also the humor works and gives the game a distinct personality
Overall enjoying the game
Little over half way through ‘Yakuza Kiwami 2’, loving it. After that its ‘Tell Me why’ and then Wasteland 3 or RE7. I may end up waiting until XSX hits to play Wasteland as I’m hearing it has long load times. I Love Game Pass.
Switching Between Avengers, Yakuza Kiwanis, and Tokyo Xanadu EX+.
Gonna play some Xanadu tonight since I’m at the hope stretch and then use my off day for Yakuza and Avengers
Dlc for Assassin’s Creed Odyssey, just finished most of New Super Lucky’s Tale but might try for 100%, some Halo campaign replays on Legendary, started Yooka Laylee and Telling Lies. Just kinda switching based on what I feel like at the moment. Also daily challenges in ultimate word games and minesweeper on PC
