Had went back to my Dreampop/Shoegaze-esque playlist, finding more music to add and found Pia Fraus, a dreampop-ish band from Estonia.

Oh man…that Rotting Christ video. I grew up with the Greek (and Norwegian of course) black metal scenes back in the early/mid 90’s. We had a strong scene here with some really good bands (Rotting Christ, Necromantia, Varathron, Deviser e.t.c.) Sakis, Mutilator and Magus were all great dudes as well (and still are)…a lot of passion back then and I am so happy to see them still pumping out awesome stuff (last year’s Necromantia album was insanely good). The extreme metal scene back then was amazing, so many good memories from that era.

I’ll add some great stuff from the (underrated I’d say) Greek black metal scene.

What I listened to today. Some areas sound a bit dated, with some 90’s synthesized instruments on some parts but it’s not a bad jazz album.

With an album named “The Sixteen Men of Tain” I thought there would be some cool lore or something like… The Evil Death Army has arrived to invade and soon take over the town of Tain, and Sixteen Mighty Lords have risen to defend the town from destruction and dominance!… But no it’s named after this distillery in Scotland called Glenmorangie, and it’s said that sixteen men alone are who makes the booze.

I only wish my fake lore was just as exciting… Lol.

Currently crunching to get reports done for a successful product launch and just listening to this on repeat… for the last four hours. Incubus has been one of my bands for nearly three decades now and Sick Sad Little World is easily one of my favorites; Mike’s solos are some of the best I’ve ever heard.
