Because the’re not actually really good numbers.

It’s been 15 months since the launch, the games been on 2 platforms with a total install base of over 150 mil (as of the most recent hardware reports) and was bundled through the wazoo for at least a good 3ish months of that.

It’s barely, if at all, outperforming HZD launch aligned, which was only on one platform with a much smaller install base. Plus compared to GOWR (another sequel) the numbers really ain’t that hot.

Love to know GT7 total numbers now.

No disrespect but I think people need a bit of a reality check when it comes to PlayStation IP. Spider-Man and God of War are top tier quality and deserve praise.
