Sounds great! Can’t wait to play it.
Avowed had weird issues due to drastically changing during dev. This is by a different team and had a very straightforward development as a sequel.

Yep, not mad at Avowed or the team. Still a very good game, just I desperately wanted a short RPG.

Weird question. I think we know the answer. It was always a 70$ game. They’ve just tried to up the price but it got some backlash, even from Obsidian.
Anyway, you can play it tomorrow if you pay extra for the Deluxe or wait for next week or buy it on sale later on, that’s your choice.

Thought it was unlocking at 12am EST but it’s actually 1pm EST. Avowed was the same way. Wish they would just do midnight release.

Yep I’ve got a long weekend booked off and was planning on starting it this morning (UK), now found I’ve got to wait till 6pm grr.
Stupid GamesRadar or VGC article had given me hope it was different times, but as usual they’re full of shit
I have Game Pass Ultimate. How do you download the base game? Pre-ordered the premium edition upgrade and I can’t find where to download the base game. Where the hell is it located?

It allowed me to pre-install a while back so had no issues - but I think for a fresh install go to the Premium edition or Premium upgrade and it should allow you to install and play, but even the base game should install it as it’s a preload…
I just did. It doesn’t let me install the game at all. All I can do is install the art book and soundtrack. Like, WTF? I didn’t have this problem with Indy, Avowed or Midnight. Worse of all, im on vacation and I can’t even play this fucking game. So freaking disappointing.
If you go to the base game does it have the pre-install option? Once installed you should get the play option on the premium version…
If still no dice could try pre-installing via the phone app or raising a support ticket?

Thanks Jesse, Widey85…I finally found it, downloaded it and setup my settings for the game. I can finally start the game tomorrow.
