I’ll be honest with you…at this point I just think the market as reject xbox as a console.
An Xbox PC hybrid is going to be awesome if it can release in 2026. Modern gamers want the power of PC gaming but the reliability and ease of use of console.
Maybe it works, maybe it doesn’t 
The future is uncertain, but Xbox trying something new is exciting in my opinion .
Nice to see a positive article. Unlike most people, I’m very excited to see where Xbox is going in the coming years.
My personal dream would be a dockable handheld with an eGPU in the dock for enhanced graphics on the TV, with the Xbox UI running on a stripped down Windows. So basically a console experience, but with access to other launchers like Steam and Epic for those who want it.
The question is how they could make it financially attractive for consumers, while also making it viable for Microsoft.
I think a handheld will work for them but they are moving into niche product territory. I don’t they they are gonna leave hardware though. I can see the handheld they make just put performing all other handhelds and if u can do steam on it it’s gonna be a big draw
