I thought it was good due to the games. Presentation was a bit odd, but nothing too long lasting. Avatar will be nice though the gameplay formula could be a weakness, unless you really love Far Cry. Mirage looks like a nice callback to a simpler time. PoP looks fun to me. Star Wars looks pretty promising. Overall, games they have look promising, but presentation hurt it a bit. Not bad as Geoff’s SGF especially when that one went too long, but still effective.

I do hope Star Wars won’t be downgraded because most of that looked rather good. Fun too.
I fear this too. Ubisoft made the concept of downgrade so popular.
When the playable character gets spotted in the trailer (Star Wars Outlaws), the game enters some kind of “duel mode”. Do you guys think this mechanic will work like the “standoff” mechanic in Ghost of Tsushima where you have to draw your sword at the correct time? Loved that mechanic.
Maybe. That way, we will know for a fact that she shot first.

Yes, however I feel that since Watch Dogs 2 they haven’t really downgraded their games much anymore from their first presentation, have they? AC Origins, AC Oddysey, Valhalla and Watch Dogs Legion?
However, that framerate wasn’t too hot.
I never expected to say this but I am interested in 3 Ubi games: Avatar, Star Wars and 2D Prince of Persia all looked nice to me.

I don’t think Massive is working on Division 2 anymore. Seems to be led by Red Storm Entertainment and other studios.
Either way, Avatar and Outlaws looks great. I’m super hyped!!!
I would give Ubisoft Forward an 8.5/10 or so if I had to rate it. They did exactly what I wanted. Showed me more gameplay for AC Mirage and POP while revealing gameplay for Avatar and Outlaws. Only negative was I didn’t get Immortals Fenyx Rising 2 announcement. Oh well. Can’t get everything.

Pragmata looked decent from the short clip of gameplay they showed but my guess is that they revealed the game way too early and are simply taking longer than expected.

Capcom is by far the worse showcase this year. Was hoping for more gameplay for Path of the Goddess but nope. Pragmata is who knows when. Hoping they show gameplay for Dragon’s Dogma 2 or have a new game reveal at the end.
