Yeah, I know that. What I would want is something more like:

ā€œTalk to John (Cydonia, Mars)ā€

Several locked doors on New Atlantis in the Well, such as the door next to UC Surplus. It’s next to that panel. I found a text log about a safe that was confiscated in the locked yard. I am guessing it’s this door.

It seems I’ve done most side quests in the Well, so any idea how to get the keycards to these areas?

I’ve seen one but was surrounded by uc ships at the time so didn’t even consider firing on it.

Understandable then haha

Please let me know anyone, if anything i post is spoilerish… But the Galbank ship had 12,000 credit’s as loot. One fell swoop.

Damn, some of the stuff Staffy is saying has reminded me how quickly i left Cydonia. I went to the Well, but perhaps i left hastily. Just dropped a package there for a side quest, so might do a sweep on the lowdown whilst here.

I had some trouble figuring out how to get into a door in the well too, it was part of the bartender quest line lol. I ended up using a technique I had never thought about (someone on reddit mentioned it), but you wouldn’t have unlocked it yet.

Maybe try pick pocketing?

I pickpocket keycards often. Sometimes I think the pickpocket skill is better for gaining entry to locked rooms than the security skill.

My weapon wheel is setup as follows:

Bottom: med pack, trauma pack, em weapon

Left: miscellaneous aid items like amps

Top: a laser weapon for turrets and robots, a shotgun, and a sniper rifle

Right: three of my favorite pistols or rifles

The captain’s locker holds any other remaining guns I’m interested in keeping. Any gun that can’t fit in the locker or my wheel goes into cargo. All attire except what I am wearing goes into cargo. Mines also go into cargo because they are too dangerous imo. Everything in cargo gets sold asap except ship parts and resources.

Every single resource I get eventually gets stored at the Lodge in that safe of infinite holding. I only craft at the Lodge which is fine because I’m not investing any points into science.

I don’t have any issues with carrying too much mass, but the game demands that you organize and trim your inventory. I think the game needs to add a little more space in the captains locker and let players mark items as ā€œdo not sellā€ just in case. I don’t really craft weapons, so I’ll hate to accidentally sell a good weapon I looted.

Research projects don’t reset, I even had one not complete missing a few materials and that persisted to the next NG+ playthrough.

I hope this gets added. Every RPG should have ā€œjunkā€ and ā€œkeepā€ tags for items. Cyberpunk 2077 desparately needs this as well.

Yeah I do this a lot, but I probably missed the right person that has that exact keycard. I thought it was the keycard from those security guys, but I guess not.

A simple activity i have is to retrieve an old earth shotgun from Shorun. Done that. But their is no indication as to what happens next or what the reward was… it just disappears from ur activities… is this familiar to anyone ?

This weapon has made Sarah pretty OP, she still needs better aim with it but when she hits she kills things very quickly.

Yes, got some activities from buying reports of a vendor in Neso to look up for resources in caves and the same happened when I finished them.

That’s it, im doing two caves in a row right now. Same thing…

Did you get XP and a reward(usually money)? Because it could be that these quest don’t require a person to finish them like the missions we get in terminals, to make a delivery, kill a pirate/spacer leader, destroy a ship.

Those quest are a one time thing, that end as soon as we get to the location or do what it’s required if us as a merc.

Update on this. Everything was fixed by simply fast traveling out of my location (Akila City)

Gotten to 150 odd hours and am level 57 with all the factions done, all the proper side quests I’ve found done and about 2/3rds of the main quest done. Think I will finish my first playthrough in the next two days. Did have a strange thing happen to me yesterday. Picked up some mission board quests and after all this play time I had two completely different locations I had never seen before. I wonder if mission board locations are dependent on level as I haven’t seen certain locations for mission boards I got a lot early in the game and am suddenly getting new locations

A few more hours in and my favourite part so far is Kid Stuff. Makes me want to do a good job at all my missions and make them proud.
