Absolutely. Never trust PCGamer reviews. I would expect EuroGamer and their crew that didn’t get codes to pad it a bit further down. Nevertheless, seems like a banger.
I’m just waiting for my trusted reviewers reviews to come out.

Yeh seriously awful look for IGN who’ve spent the last month excluding Xbox from their labels and have a staff member publicly bash the game 24 hours before reviews go live

I think the IGN review is well written and has some good insights. But like, he seems mostly extremely disappointed that you “fast travel” between planets instead of physically flying to them. I don’t care about that at all so I’m not concerned with the overall low score.
I think Gamespot gave it a 7 as well so Nick was 100% right.
I’m still excited for this game. 8h till early access.

It very much felt like a ‘I’m not under NDA so I can speak for the publication and set the tone’ type of beat. Glad the median is more chipper.
