I would not believe that lol. Makes the Coming in 2023 for Forza pushed out to second half though based on that Statement.

We even have Jez on āteamā H1 after he initially made a bet with Rand that it would be after June. Hope they announce the show date soooon, so that we finally know when we get the release date.

I think your misunderstanding. The original tweet is from some guy saying the date for starfield is being delayed and then Bethesda support replied that itās still scheduled for the first half of this year
Ah yes, but I meant why is the guy wondering if itās delayed in the first place?
My new predictions after the DD are June for Forza and 7.7.2023 for Starfield.

Posting it here too, since itās about the game.
I saw that Rand and Jez talked about Starfield again, in their podcast. So I skipped to that.
Jez: They are still targeting the first half, still leaving open the possibility that it might need more time. But, it might not need more time.
Rand says that they know some people that are playing it, but not that long. He feels March is too early, April too, June Makes the most sense. Still some polishing to go through. Says that a lot of the info surrounding the game is very fluid, especially the release date.
Says heās asked around and some people had told him thereās gonna be a slight delay. And later on he asked these people again and they said āI donāt know, could still come in the first half of the year. The information seems to be constantly changing.ā
Nothing exactly new I guess, but it does make me wonder if the show actually might be later than February. It sounds like they really arenāt ready to commit to a new release date yet and I canāt see them having this show with no release date.
But really, who knows.

More info has come out since, it seemā¦ June is Starfield and Forza is likely September.
Having a show without a release date will just piss people off. Me included.

It sounds to me like both are TARGETING June, just both know they miiight not make it and they donāt want to promise anything yet. As to when both will actually come out, you could be right. Weāll have tow ait and see.
I have nothing planned for this summer vacation, and while I love Forza, Starfield is one of those games I donāt have time for and that will take me forever to finish, so getting it just in time for a good 2 weeks of free time would be perfect for me!
I say Starfield in the summer, followed by Starfield bundles in the Fall, just in time for Christmas. That way you get your games sales in the summer, and a consoles sales boost late in the year; a win/win scenario!
Absolutely. This would backfire big time, no matter how good it looks. Forza at the Direct with no date was one thing but having a seperate show for Starfieldā¦release date is a must.
Based on what Jez and Rand said on what they heard from other people, yep, targeting. It seems like it can still go both ways. Not sure if they also meant NateTheHate with that, because he seemed to firmly believe in the first half now, but this is where weāre at still.
Iām kinda doubting February for the show now, that would mean that sometime next month BGS would feel comfortable with committing to a new release date. Meh, we can only wait and see what happens.
Damn, I just weād have something more concrete by now, not fond of this uncertainty. But what can ya do.
Jeff Grubb hasnāt said much regarding the release date, has he? Then again, he seems to not have many things on Xbox for quite a while anyway. Ah well, maybe we do hear something about the show next month.

Yeah, a solo Starfield show without a specific date would be absolutely terrible. āComing in 2023ā wonāt cut it either, a specific date, even if it is unfortunately a delayed date, is a must IMO.

Iām of two minds for the show, cause I mostly agree they would want to attach a date to any Starfield showcase but equally we probably would have said the same for Forza and the latest showcase 
June is a pack month FF16, Diablo both targeting June, Throw Starfield in there and it wild 3 AAA monster game releasing in the same month?
Happens quite often. And I donāt see what the issue is considering those three games are all on different platforms and arenāt in the same genre. And even if they were, once again, happens quite often. In fact, it would behoove MS to release a console exclusive when everyone else is to appeal to the ācore gamersā everyone is saying MS should care about.
