That’s basically another reason I’d say only SH2 was moneyhatted. No need to moneyhat all of them, just moneyhat the “biggest name” of the bunch and people will associate and buy the other two on PS anyway.

PlayStation didn’t even tweet about the other two as well.

In my opinion the ‘‘biggest name’’ is Townfall rather than Silent Hill 2 that you said

So the rumors are true, never played any Silent Hill game before so not very familiar with the franchise but I did like The Medium so looking forward to seeing what it looks like and trying it when it or if it comes to Xbox, Sony deals are hard to predict these days so we’ll see.

Actually not even exclusives in many occasions really, just look at A Plague Tale: Requiem as a recent example, a game from a studio that’s actually very close to Microsoft. Microsoft could have paid to have the game as timed exclusive instead of it coming to Gamepass at launch but instead they went the route that benefits the most people which is the game coming out on Gamepass and all other platforms, I think it’s safe to say that we know what Sony would’ve done.
