Each crew should have 1 person ready to go at start time. The host, HitboTC, a big SoT streamer is donating his server to us for the event. He told me that he has to set up the server himself (he puts in ship types and assigns 1 person to each, and those ppl are then invited to join the server and from there they can each invite their crew.
