I am very ready, as soon as my brother is back from his vacation.
I started PC gaming with classic Rainbow Six, SWAT and Ghost Recon where one bullet often meant game over. And while those franchises definitely got casualised with its console entries I still loved them.
It’s been way, way too long since a game like that came out and my excitement is through the roof that this game finally made its way to consoles.

Finally, a literal change of pace shooter. More so with its grounded setting. Solid review.

Rainbow Six on PC and even on N64, where I played it, was the shit back in the day. Amazing games ! And that was as hardcore as it can get.

Yes, absolutely superb.
I remember playing a demo of the first Rainbow Six on PC and I was blown away, I had to get that game immediately and I did.
Loved Rogue Spear and Raven Shield as well. Awesome details like how enemies would start to walk with a limp when shot in leg, I believe player aim would get worse when shot in arm. I miss this kind of stuff in games now. Hopefully GTA VI has it.

We were looking forward to this game so much, but so far it has been nothing but bad news.
It’s me and two friends. I make a private lobby and invite my friends. Both are able to join at least the lobby where you are in the police station. But as soon as a mission begins one of the friends leaves because his game crashes. Sometimes it happens to me, or the other friend but that one friend keeps crashing.
In solo mode while I made a clip of something the game crashed back to the dashboard. Just now I paused the game and noticed I couldn’t exit the pause menu anymore and only way out was by exiting the game.
On Reddit I saw that people fixed this issue by not plugging in a mic, but none of us have that. We all have wireless headphones, Nothing plugged in. What a mess, what a shame.
And don’t get me started on the incredibly underwhelming graphics too. For some reason it has been downgraded significantly on PC as well, since console release.
Guess we’ll be waiting for patches.
