Publisher QUByte Interactive announced this week that their proprietary engine, ‘QUByte Emulation Engine’, now supports MS-DOS titles—and they’d like to hear what you’d like to see ported. This emulation engine brings games originally developed for MS-DOS to current consoles: PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Nintendo Switch, Xbox One, and Xbox Series consoles alongside the already released titles that the company has put out so far, like the recently released ‘Top Racer Collection’.

“This update represents an important step for QUByte, allowing us to bring an increasing number of classic games to the entire community through our QUByte Classics label. It is a great honor, and a huge responsibility, to be able to revitalize many of these classic titles that were once inaccessible on modern platforms.”

Bruno Carvalho, QUByte Interactive Business Development.

In addition to providing access to a wide selection of classic games, their emulation engine already features various enhancements, such as: visual filters for a nostalgic experience; support for modern controllers and the ability to save progress at any time, as well as online multiplayer support.
