Ive just talk with a guy on xbox support and he told me that my problem is probably the hardware lol… What a disgrace
Wow I have this issue too, thought it might be just because I’m using a cheap ass 4k tv but maybe it’s more widespread…

I just assumed it was normal as the main character stays in focus for me but background stuff has that ghosting sort of effect. It could just be motion blur man.
Are you primarily a PC gamer ? You just might be sensitive to motion blur that console gamers are used to and think is normal

Yeah, maybe a lot of people are having this issue but some guy at microsoft support told me that it can be a harware problem 
Maybe our’s tvs have 6 bit color or something like tgat
Could you send me some videos of your situation? Or better, if u can of course, try the games i mentioned and we could compare
