Could be a while though too. Sounds like he is acknowledging the massive undertaking and I’m imagining changing the culture will be a big ordeal. This could be the focus for a while. I wonder if the path forward would be to let Matt Booty and Todd Howard grow XGS and Bethesda respectively while Phil focuses on this giant task.

I think they are taking it slow this time, Xbox already has a lot of announced games but we have only like 5 with actual dates (That can be delayed), unless we get a bomb on E3 last like time (And we will), some game news are going to keep steady
