I guess if we cancel patreon despite paying upfront it immediately defaults back to non patreon at time of cancellation and not billing period? I cancelled so not on autobilling but looks like all benefits gone

Same for me, surely patreon has worked stuff like this out years ago. I canned an auto yearly payment, just days after the latest one went through and now i am not a member. Thats not right.
Looking at it directly it shows the payment in February has you set as the Contributor tier. The Fan and above tiers are the ones that gain access to current video content.

I’ll put my hand up, pinhead here. I somehow had 2 Patreons going at the same time, confused as buggery. Now sorted.

I paid for full year 21/11/24, cancelled to avoid auto-renew and now lost all benefits on website e.g. less ads???

@Sikamikanico and @Predrag setup the integration, maybe something on patreon’s side changed? as long as you still have access on the Patreon site it should read that? Would be odd if not, hopefully they can figure it out!

Yeah I just checked a patreon only video retro hangouts on app and it plays so must be something linked from there to site???
Has this been looked into? Would prefer to not have the ads on site if possible as one of the reasons to patreon other than supporting you guys.

Apologies, was in Vegas and just catching up.
Can you clarify ads on the site? It’s the forums that are ad-free for Patrons, bar the interstitial ad that we can’t disable.
Main site will have ads, because it’s not integrated in the way our forums are.

Looking at their Forum Profile, despite it showing a Patreon numeric id, it does not show Rewards section and profile preferences does not show any sort of FLARE selection that I can see. Screenshots of looking at their profile and another Patron member included below (IDs were removed).

On the forums e.g. the one at the bottom of screen that pops up and you have to minimise to hide…
Is it worth trying to delete patreon link in profile and add back. Don’t think it will help but never know?
You should have the same email you use for Patreon for here. If you haven’t, you can add it under “Secondary Emails” to get everything to sync up.
Okay, I can see that you’ve done this, but am I right in that you paid for a year up front and then cancelled the auto renewal? I think this is where the problem is, and you’re not alone in having this issue.

Yes thats exactly the problem - strange as it all works on Patreon so still have access to the exclusive videos but something switched when cancelling to no auto renew it switched off Patreon benefits on forum. I think it was 21st November paid for full year as get 10% off - bout 70 quid? Can find out exact date if it helps.
I’ve got all the info, fret not - need Patreon to answer the question though!
