Yeah, could well be that VRR cleans it all up. It should do with an un-v-synched output.
Sadly, I am still on a fixed 60fps display and can’t justify an upgrade any time soon. Ah well.
I had V-Sync off and VRR definitely didn’t clean up everything. The framerate is just too erratic for that. Most TVs including mine also have problems in VRR mode when the framerate drops below 48fps which it did here often. A real shame, because the game itself is well thought out.

Really enjoyed it
Played only an hour or so but it is super chill. Really cool atmosphere in the game and feels great to control too. Every new area ya go to has creatures that are just so…interesting to look at. They feel alien but approachable. It creates a neat vibe.

Finished Omno tonight. It was nice. Eventually just kind of got used to the shoddy performance. I didn’t bother 100%ing it, wasn’t looking for that kind of experience.
For a game made by one person, it was good fun!
