New Bioshock 4 details from Cloud Chamber job listings: Unreal Engine 4, "new and fantastical world", "narrative and systems-driven experience"

Decided to scan through the various job listings at the newly formed Cloud Chamber Studios, which is making the new Bioshock game. Found some new details on the next Bioshock game which is still several years away, as was mentioned by 2K in December 2019. It may not be much, but at least we have some new stuff to discuss!

I love Bioshock. Anyways what happened to “Ghost Story” ?

Every single statement they’ve made there sounds amazing.

Give me more systemic games!

I am always ready for a new Bioshock. Do we know if people from the previous games are on this team as well? Ken Levine isn’t part of it, is he? I remember a report a while ago that he was making a narrative driven game if I’m not mistaken.

No he created his own studio:

It’s some time ago. I wonder when they reveal what they work on.

Ken Levine isn’t involved like mentioned above. It does include " We are a deeply experienced group of game makers, including many responsible for BioShock ’s principal creation, advancement and longstanding notoriety, and honored to be part of the 2K family as stewards of this iconic franchise.”

It is sad that my first thought was “timed exclusive” lol

Looking forward to the announcement whenever it is, I have a large amount of faith that Bioshock can come back again in a big way.

Kinda surprised its not on Unreal 5 but I guess there is plenty of time whether they want to upgrade from 4 to 5 or not during development.

If this is one of Sony’s timed exclusive deals I might just cry …

I hope and pray it’s not or, at least come to PC.

I think this is gonna be timed exclusive on ps5 for the wording used by insiders

I never got into the first 2 games, but loved Bioshock Infinite. Excited to see what they’ve come up with this time around.

I’ve heard good things from some acquaintances that now work at Cloud Chamber. Excited to see how it shapes up compared to some other unannounced projects that I’ve seen that would be a comparison point.
