I don’t even know if that is secured anytime soon. ActiBlizz output cadence is questionable recently…

Ubisoft would have been (or would be) the perfect acquisition for a balance of IP/Quality and great output cadence.

Agree with your pints. The people who should be concerned are people who can’t afford to buy multiple consoles/platforms who will lose out. Great games should be open and available to all IMO

When Sony has been paying for exclusive rights to games like Deathloop, Ghostwire, they tried to get Starfield and FF and people say its a good move and awesome. Xbox users aren’t fucking second class citizens that it’s ok for us to miss out on games but no Playstation. Sony have been doing this for YEARS and no one bats an eye and now Xbox is doing it but at a bigger scale and now it’s unfair and how dare they.

Xbox allows you to play on PC, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, Mobile and soon on smart TVS, Sony allows you to play on 1 console and sometimes PC, what about the users who don’t own a PS and want to play FF, fuck them? gahh

I mean, they did fire 36 employees. I guess that’s where he’s coming from. Still, they have a long way to go for sure. A VERY LONG way. At a minimum, MS taking over should provide job security unlike the ABK mantra of “fire employees to create the illusion of growth YOY”. But culturally, a ton of work needs to be done and it’s gonna be a big undertaking. Clean house, Kotick must go. And anyone else he protected.

I have faith in Phil and Team Xbox to make meaningful positive change.
