It’s a issue in the industry when the most “notable” journalist is a unfettered manchild who lets his own biases get in the way of objective analysis…

Well there it is, one major hurdle has been passed. Guess we didn’t need to worry about that shareholder group that held like 0.6% of the total shares who were publicly against it when 98% voted to approve it.
