No. They have already addressed those concerns.
It will be funny if in the near future Xbox becomes the market leader and this dork swaps the narrative to the other way.
Many of the clickbait YouTubers have swapped to Pro Xbox/PS over the years.
He probably will, just like Crapgamer.
Good place to invest my ass.
Except Microsofts contracts allow for every 3rd party to extend their contract. I think the reason they all have a set date is to make sure that if any company goes out of business, Microsoft can regain the streaming rights.
There’s no edge Microsoft can gain because they can’t use an excuse like, we want better terms or we go with someone else.
Edit: Yes - I know this isn’t correct at this point, don’t need to reply at me
They haven’t, not specifically enough for the CMA as of today’s release. While I think that the CMA is still being slimy here, Microsoft will need to specifically modify the language of their agreement with Ubisoft and put whatever else in place to make the CMA stop being dumb, or they’re getting referred as a merger relevant to cause an SLC. This is mentioned a couple places in the 30 page doc.
There’s another document where they say that, once they raised the outstanding concerns with MS, MS responded and offered further concessions.
THESE ADDITIONAL concessions have now fully addressed their concerns. Hence them now fully supporting the acquisition and going out to the public.
Please give this a read:
OK, cool, it’s been a busy morning. Glad there’s more, but seems dumb for them to publish the other when they are aware at time of publishing that they’re fine.
Thanks, I will. Appreciate it.
They essentially have to publish all documents, regardless of how outdated they may be
Hey. No worries. This is like a goal in footie these days.
Some people in the crowd wheel off and celebrate, others sit there worrying that VAR is going to ruin everything and wait for a minute before joining in.
Today is a good day. It’s over.

Nice try, but time to pay the price.
I sense a metric ton of sarcasm and disgust in Jez’s post. It’s seething at the CMA.
At least thats how I read it.
jfc Kotick just looks evil no matter what. I really hope he’s on the first train back to Hell when this deal closes.
Whil I’m 100% behind regulating corporations, this whole thing has shown beyond doubt that most regulators see regulations mainly through market competition, not any actual benefits or protections to consumers and employees.
Even thinking that MSFT still needed to make some tweaks to adjust language, I had no doubts that Microsoft would fix this one. I know the negative rhetoric will change to another facet once this does close, but I’ll just be glad it’s over.
Finally, should never have gone on for so long. Welcome to Xbox. I look forward to even more GP and exclusive Xbox content.
If anyone is looking for a little laugh, head over to the Neogaf thread. The meltdowns and bed wetting is glorious to read. The CMA have destroyed gaming.
They’re gonna destroy my backlog and Xbox storage
