I hope since MSFT has more leverage now than they did before, they pulled parity requirements from the offer. I know they didn’t but they should

My guess is 10 years, full parity, etc. But Microsoft will have the marketing deal and include the game in Game Pass every year.

It was never public, but details about it were having 70/30 split, parity, right to cloud if wanted + subscription too I believe. Of course if they paid they hefty fee for those
