And what if during these 10 years Sony will decide to start releasing games Day 1 in PS+? Now suddenly Microsoft should release them too. Like “we have released R&C Next in PS+ Day1, where is our COD?”
There is no point in offering that at all.

According to some folks on OtherEra this guy was advocating for crunch in ND and was anti-union or something.
All in all, we will need a full blown TV series on ABK deal I guess 
Lawsuits, Phil who was hustling Bobby, senator’s messages, unions, jimbo the snitch, public statements, console warring in the documents etc.

This is basically what MS can do to prevent anything happening against there Gamepass advantage
And just seeing it from pure gamers perspective, this will actually be the best thing to happen. Players will get PS games day and date on sub.
I personally want this to happen but I know this won’t happen in reality.
Because Sony will never accept it, that was the point. But offcourse you want to see otherwise which I wasn’t even implying.
The offering is for 10 years. If Microsoft were to offer such thing, it would be included in 10 years deal.
I don’t particulary care about Playstation gamers as they never cared about Xbox and see no reason to offer them anything that would be give them any benefit in any shape or form. Let them deal with Jimbo themselves.

Na… 10 years deal is about CoD on PlayStation. It doesn’t automatically involves PS+
Separte deals needs to be there for PS+
Microsoft can be flippant.
Here’s an offer Sony:
PS+ Day 1 with 3 years guarenteed support or 10 years guarenteed support with no options for PS+.
Works either way.

MS could spend a faction of the money they are currently spending to “smother” the competition if they wanted to do that, they could pay like $5-6B to have CoD and GTA exclusive for a year or two on Xbox and that would harm Playstation more than anything else Xbox is doing. They aren’t. MS benefit from the existence of competitors, because they are their customers. A company the size of Sony is probably one of the best targets for MS to licence Windows, Azure, Office, etc. They wouldn’t want it gone or weakened. MS want to be #1 but with their competitors in a healthy position as well.
