Didn’t a spokesperson (not the Ricardo my PlayStation guy) for the EC said that at a conference in Italy that the deal was very likely to pass with remedies but hard without any?

And even CoD doesn’t sell much like it used to there anymore so really this acquisition isn’t changing the competitive landscape there much. It’s most likely approved.
