I’m excited for all (Lowest hype is like a 6.5/10 on the hype scale, they’ve got some great stuff coming) and I’m ready to be blown away by Age 4, Motorsport and State of Decay 3 as I like those series all well enough (and really like Motorsport) and if played right I could end up loving them.

You seem like good peeps, it hurts my heart that you don’t appreciate the greatness that is the RPG. I’m the same way about racing games though, I can’t stand them, I tapped out after Pole Position back in the day.

A lot of it for me just comes down to timing, knowledge of the game, when it’s coming out etc. There isn’t a single game on that list I won’t at least try. I also expect something like The Elder Scrolls VI to be top or near top of the list by 2023 or so, as we get info and closer to release. Project Mara, Perfect Dark and Indiana Jones are similar. Just need info on them.

It’s ridiculous how undervalued Forza Horizon and Playground are on the internet at large. FH is like Xbox’s secret most loved IP. But you’d never know it reading message boards because only third person open world shooters are real games.

I think that there are a lot of people like myself who can objective recognize how great those racing games are, but since we don’t care for the genre we’re never going to talk about those games and give proper kudos to the teams that make them.

FH is Xbox’s highest rated series in the last Decade Period. No other series has higher scores on average during last gen.

Its just a matter of preference. Its a racing game thats open world. ITs not going to be as popular as a Halo. I think FH is great. Its the one game series where MS can say yeah sony ain’t got shit on this.

Hey, it’s my #3 !

I did not care much for racing games, then I fell in love with FH4 and spent hundred of hours (still play it now and then) in that awesome game.

It’s my #1 actually, well at least for XGS releases. Lost Judgment is my overall #1. Love the series, in fact the first Forza Horizon was the first Xbox game I ever played.
