It’s not a day one for me. Because first of all, where is the price?
I will try to sell my Switch, see how much I have left to pay for a S2, because I kinda don’t want to miss out on Mario Kart World with my friends, but…
It’s not enough. Kirby looks cool, we’ll see if it’s good. Donkey looks nice, didn’t blow me away though. Metroid did look nice. Third party games as expected didn’t look as crisp as Xbox and PS5.
Remains to be seen how much it will be here in euros. Ideally it’s the same in euros for the console, but when I look at the PS5 Pro it isn’t the same at all as in dollars.
Funny thing is I will be buying the GC controller before anything else. I still have nightmares of trying to get the N64 controller during the pandemic.
I’m sold on the system but I’m not going to kill myself trying to get it. I’ll have it this year.
Elden Ring looked janky. That is a review I’ll be paying close attention. Not because I will buy it, I own it on the XSX, but it will really showcase power or a lack thereof.
Amiibos on SF6 are going to sell 1 trillion units and outsell GTA6.
If Nintendo can afford to sell Mario Kart for that price, you can bet Rockstar won’t hesitate to sell GTA6 for $100. Take Two was the first publisher to raise the price of its next-gen games with NBA 2K. I think PC and GP will become essential for many players.
