Kojima and Xbox have signed a letter of intent - Grubb

Kojima (much like Obsidian and Ninja Theory) does not believe in large teams. I think he has a team of 100 people - so having multiple teams is difficult.

So, despite Jeff saying that this contract does not preclude him working with Sony, he does not have the staff strength to work on two AAA projects simultaneously.

The letter that he wrote makes me suspect that he is working on something large scale and a longish duration project.

well i think he can if what i think is true game could done less than 2 year and work on other project same time

nah - this is a large project. Even if he is doing episodic stuff.

They are staffing at Xbox for this around Kim Swift.

One of the more telling things for me personally was when his close friend Geoff Keighley interviewed him during the Summer Game Fest thing and asked him about his future plans in general, and Kojima talked about really looking at a big bet/change on where gaming is going to be heading and such. His response would line up with the Xbox rumors and possible use of cloud technology and/or Xbox Game Pass distribution models to support new big ideas.

Ah, you mean before he showed the new DS trailer? Yeah , that certainly was a interesting bit.

I don’t think Kojima is working on multiple projects and it seems like Xbox is already hiring the team for his projects so it looks like Xbox is getting the only Kojima game for the next 5 years.
