That looks like banjo kazooie? If so, youre using cloud gaming and your internet will likely be the issue, since banjo kazooie isnt on pc natively.

Its reccomended to be at least 20 Megabits per second download, on a 5Ghz wifi connection.

Thanks I got it working. I had a vpn which was slowing down the internet.
