Wow, itās actually really good ! I played 2 hours and had so much fun. Itās like a saturday morning cartoon, itās old school and pretty straight forward, but thereās no need to reinvent the wheel here. Everything feels great and polished, the game is beautiful and clean, animations are great and itās even funny sometimes without it feeling forced. It also plays great and in 2 minutes you get the rythme. And I love how everything is in sync with the soundtrack tempo. Itās an awesome idea and gives the game its own identity. Itās impressive how they kept quiet until the reveal and launch, because itās a nice surprise but also a great game that deserves all the attention.

Out of nowhere. Goes to show 2 things: small teams can create big games and theres loads of creativity at Xbox.

What are really refreshing game this is. I know I would never give a game like this a shot based on my playing preferences and time, but Iām sure glad Gamepass exists for titles like this.
My apologies if this question has been asked. Is there a train mode I can practice with and how do you access it?
Also, I think Iām gonna have to switch to the series X controller because my Elite Series 2 āyā button really hates this game especially it seems.

Managed to keep my B rating on the second stage! All thanks to stacking as much health as possible and spamming Peppermint on the Rekka fight.

Man just beat the Korsica stage, soo good, literally stitches on the chapter ending cutscene,
advice = without spoiling anything get semi good with the parry mechanic timing, it will be needed.
Hi-Fi Rush looks shockingly good, which begs the questionā¦
Why does a shadow dropped, āsmallā Hi-Fi Rush look so good but PokĆ©mon games still look so cheap? Maybe the FTC was right, Xbox really is in a different class from Nintendo. True, Splatoon or Beyonetta are better comparisons, but my point is PokĆ©mon deserves a game with graphics as good as Hi-Fi Rush. My kid is going through a PokĆ©mon phase right now so having to split my gaming time between Hi-Fi Rush and PokĆ©mon is quite jarring. Honestly Iām kind of embarrassed for Nintendo right now. Kudos Xbox for such a beautiful game.
A mix of needing to rush content out and zero ambition because they know fans will buy any garbage they put out

Gamefreak will never produce a high quality game like that. Unsure if itās out of Nintendoās control, but they should really look at other devs to create Pokemon games.

The combo system in Hi Fi Rush is sublime. Iām at the point where the game is clicking with me and I am pulling off crazy ass combos and getting S ranks! This is quickly becoming another Godhand type situation. I hope this becomes a full blown franchise IP for Xbox.

Been going through a few D_D reaction videos, specifically for the Hifi Rush reactions, and found only one negative reaction, because the game wasnāt a new horror game. The Youtuber wasnāt even excited that the game was shadowdropped.
I still love Maximilian Doodās reaction.
