Halo |OT| Master Chief's Breath of the Wild Moment (Part 1)

Easy. Stop replaying ubi games so much and it’ll go away.

I have it somewhere between these two and I think it looks best (on my monitor at least). Cuz I’m looking at this right now on mobile and the right one just loses a lot of info in the blacks.

When the trademark leaked and I finished the story, I was just like well there it is. The first DLC is clearly going to be us facing the endless and I agree I would rather have yearly big expansions on the story than having to wait 6 years. I also hope they tie the stories with multiplayer so we get a double whammy of awesome content. I can fully understand now the whole 10 year plan and at least with this it’s going to by the looks of it be much better than Destiny’s “10 year plan” haha.

Exactly not haha, the problem with current Ubi games is that it overwhelms you if yyou do every Icon. I compare Infinite more with Ghst Recon WIldlands wich I think is a fantastic open world. I somehow wanted to do every side activity possible because it respect the way I play and made sense in the world it was in. Same with Halo. In AC I hate to do camps because it makes zero sense from a narative point of view therefor it got exhausting and I never did them again unless I needed to. Sidequest however I loved because they where good and often good fitting to the world, well sometimes not but normally yes.

So without spoiling too much, does the game’s story have a statisfying beginning, middle and end.

All this talk about new DLC and biomes makes me wonder how it’s gonna work. Is it another seperate shorter campaign like ODST? Does it integrate into the game and takes place elsewhere like a Forza? Do you have to take a Pelican to the new area? Do you just access it through the menu?

TELL ME!?

I feel like Master Chief playing this game, I LOVE it. That is all.

I’m not finished yet, but I absolutely adore zeta halo. I can’t stop looking at the ring in the night. This open world is absolutely beautiful and a place I want to explore. I also love the verticallity of the map.

So happy with this campaign so far. 17hours in

It really is amazing… No selling, no convincing, it’s as close to my dream Halo game as I could of hoped for.

I’ve not finished the campaign yet, so I don’t know if the story will take off from this ring, but based on the fact you move within a specific section of the ring during the story, it’s simple to make a dlc based on another section, with a complete different biome and judging on the mp maps, I think desert will be the next.

Who wins?

A Razorback with 5 fully equipped marines and a goddamn Masterchief John Halo 117

or

A well concealed Grunt with a plasma grenade

Halo Infinite is glorious. Blinded by its majesty.

Hard to believe that 2/3 of the game have been cut. Because what’s left is enough to make the game stellar for me.

I need a Photo mode ASAP by the way.

Disable the HUD from UI menu. It’s fairly quick and closer to a photo mode, especially with the Commando’s scope

As a fan of War of the Worlds, the tripod-sound of the Banished Phantoms is one of the most subtle yet best additions.

I love the sound of the Phantoms in Halo 3 when they are moving but the sound of the Banished Phantoms make them even more intimidating.

Only downside is the explosion. Phantoms exploding in Halo 3 nevet gets old. Underwhelming in Infinite.
