This may sound like a dumb question but how does the save/checkpoint system work in Infinite? The older Halo’s you’d trigger a checkpoint and then go to save and quit and when you selected continue you’d resume from the checkpoint. But in Infinite a couple of times I was sure it was saving my progress and when I’ve quite and restarted the game I’ve been put back to the beginning of the level as opposed to the last checkpoint/save point.
This has been one of my favourite Halo campagins out of all of them, I can understand why it was highly praised.
Just fucking wow, is all I can say. Speed through on easy to just enjoy the story, gonna complete it on legendary of course and collect everything.

It did make me chuckle when I was unlocking rare achievements and wondering how, and then I remembered it was because it was a global launch lol.
Yeah gonna do a legendary run, you have to with Halo haha. Just had a look I managed to complete the story in 5:57hr though I did go afk a few times during play with it left on so it was probably less than that. Skipped all fights I didn’t need to be in and grappled pretty much 90% of time played and did zero side quests/missions and only got collectables that I saw on the way.

Reading people´s impressions on the game makes me really really happy. The vast majority of players, Halo fans and non-Halo fans are quickly falling in love with the game.
I don´t have much time to play these days, due to work, exams and such, but I hope to be able to fully get lost in Zeta Halo around Christmas time.
Xbox is having an amazing start of the generation and I think that is something to celebrate for all the people who love games.
