My only Halo issue has been sometimes if I load on quick resume it’s like the game doesn’t reconnect to the servers. So I get an error looking for a match.

If I just bounce to the home menu, quit the game, and then load back up it’s fine. For some reason quick resume doesn’t like to keep the network connection or reset when I load back up.

Quick resume naturally disconnects your game from the servers, but the game’s own reconnection method or whatever is not smooth. There are games that reconnect pretty quickly after quick resume, Halo Infinite takes a long time. Even changing the profile from settings doesn’t reconnect you, which is why quitting and booting again is still a faster process to get you online. But qr should work just fine for campaign so that’s great.

I hoped these new XGS titles will be “designed for quick resume” or something, turns out they’re even worse with their connectivity. FH5 still has connection problems with quick resume when FH4 didn’t have them FH4 was a PERFECT quick resume game.

Yea you can, I do it often. Doesn’t work too well from a stand still but if you tap Y to juggle and then repulsor upwards you can get some serious distance on it.

FH5 still has connection problems

FH5 has connection problems without QuickResume. There’s something not quit right. It sorts itself within a minute or so after leaving the starting menus and driving around.

Why is there no texture on Jorge armor kit’s pauldron ? Probably a bug, but it looks weird. Like black plastic with no paint on it.

Just remap your controls to something more to your liking.

I have an elite and ideally I would have thrust on one of them, but I don’t think I can sacrifice taking any of the face buttons off the paddles

I have regular controller, so I don’t know how that goes, but currently use a modified bumper jumper to be closer to what I had in Halo 5, and what I pretty much use for any game that would let me get away with it(Skyrim mostly). What do you have on the face buttons by the way? I am always looking to improve my controller set up?

How do you mean? I have A,Y, X,B on my paddles top left to bottom right. This is my default and I have this for pretty much every game.
