You can do ranked against just console players. Not sure about the other modes. I keep mine on crossplay though. I have friends that play on PC so I might as well be used to it.
I canāt argue with that, itās your experience. I honestly think the discussion around Infinite has been pretty healthy for a multiplayer game.
I donāt think itās an Xbox thing, more so just a multiplayer game thing. Even if a game is amazing, the discussion will always revolve around the flaws rather than the positives.
Pretty depressing to think about alas thatās the reality of things lol.

Uhhhh just lost a ranked match of CTF on Behemoth. I was holding the enemy flag and needed our flag to be returned. Only one person was trying to get our flag back. The other two players just sat in the corners and sniped (poorly) the entire time. After about 2 minutes of sneaking and hiding with the flag two enemies found me and returned their flag and we lost. I donāt get it, these mods arenāt some crazy concept thatās new to gaming. I never get upset because someone is bad or has a bad game, thereās new people playing and sometimes people just donāt play very well, especially myself but not playing the objective is infuriating

Didnāt older Halos have an objective playlist and a slayer playlist ? This would solve this sort of problem. At the moment some players are being pushed into game types they have no interest in playing.

That said I would not be surprised if he still plays plenty more Infinite. If youāve seen enough of him, every game he play the first time ājust isnāt that sickā and he often changes his mind later and plays it some more

The base concept of shooting down shields and then going for the headshot was so infuriating to him that he couldnāt handle it.

Yea Halo 5 for example has multiple playlists under different categories. Ranked has multiple different playlists as does social and big team. Maybe itās just a get the player base in the game then add more playlists. I canāt imagine itās going to be difficult to find matches for stuff.
Do they give us back our used credits then?
If not, I might shoot them a tweet for some feedback.

I just realized one gun that is not included in Infinite is the DMR. And Iām remembering @Sikamikanico a while back asking āwhy do we assume the DMR will be in the game?ā And saying he doesnāt know one way or the other, heās just asking why we assume it would be there. And I kept jokingly acting like I was in denial and saying it will definitely be there, while he would make those ambiguous faces, and retorts

Looks like they tried to replace the dmr with the commando but I do not like that gun. Also bring back the Carbine from 5.
