Yeah, I think they are saving the biomes for the 2nd Gameplay trailer.
Beach and desert might be pretty likely as they showed it in the 2018 engine demo.

Probably. They could do another showcase showing a similar area to show the improvements, but I think they will show another biome to demonstrate how varied the world is.
Dessert is definitely in because it was shown in the first trailer. What I also want to see is a dense woodland that was in it as well because you could cut the atmosphere with a knife.
They probably safe all this for the summer reveal
There was one concept art that showed mountains and snow, so I hope it makes it into the game.

also more info on the wildlife. Tbh I would have loved to see them talked about more in the update given they’re also a big part of what Zeta Halo world offers and what makes it alive. The 2018 trailer had so many variety of cool biomes AND wildlife, and since then we’ve seen one rabbit-like species, that’s all. If anyone here is in the Insider program, hope you can ask this too pls okthxbye

The team must be relieved now with the positive reactions from the fans. I hope it’s smooth sailing from now on. I have not much doubts they will deliver.
Some of these Halo channels are utter nonsense.
Halo Follower has the ability to create a 15 min video on a throwaway line from a dev.
“…It’s gonna be a good one… Be sure to smash that like button!”

These were always an artistic decision imo. They’ll still be pretty barren/texture less even when the main game releases.

It sure beats the July reaction where morale must have taken a hit. The delay to the end of this year and new leadership must have been relief to the team and allowed a sort of thoughts to be reset.

Bravo 343 game looking fantastic now and we are still months away from release
Hype levels rising.
Easily my most anticipated game of this year (and last). The visuals are very much improved, especially when looking at side-by-side comparisons to last year’s reveal. I’ve read all monthly updates so far word by word and it’s giving me those warm and fuzzy Halo feels.
I have a lot of faith in 343 and really believe this game is going to deliver.
